Common Questions
How does a program license work?
After purchase you receive a single license key by email. Share it with your residents. Each resident installs the extension, enters the key, and they're active. Simple as that.
What size tier do I need?
Count your total residents across all PGY years. For example, a program that takes 6 residents per year has ~30 total residents — that's the Medium tier.
What does "activation" mean?
Each resident who enters the key uses one activation. Individual licenses include 2 activations (for home and work computers). Program licenses include activations equal to the resident count for the tier.
What happens when the year is up?
Program licenses renew annually. You'll receive a renewal reminder before expiration. Individual licenses are a one-time purchase with no expiration.
Do I need to be at UTHSC?
No — OrthoTrackr works with any ACGME-accredited orthopaedic surgery residency program in the US. The setup wizard walks you through configuring your program's specific sites and attendings.
